In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the MCC's 2024 Annual Work Conference, further solidly promote the construction of the "Digital Enterprise Brain", and leverage informatization and digitization to facilitate the enterprise's further transformation and upgrading, the MCC Construction Work Exchange and Promotion Meeting of "Digital Enterprise Brain" was held in Beijing on March 6. Qu Yang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of MCC and China MCC and Vice President of China MCC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

Qu Yang fully affirmed the digital construction work of MCC in the past year, elaborated on the aspects of digital development, problems faced by subsidiaries, and future construction ideas, and put forward six requirements for the construction of the "Digital Enterprise Brain" of subsidiaries. First, we should continue to consolidate the foundation of digital construction; second, we should focus on building risk early warning models and achieving closed-loop management and disposal; third, we should further accelerate the construction process of the "Digital Enterprise Brain"; fourth, we should help enterprises achieve high-quality development; fifth, we should improve security capabilities; sixth, we should promote efficient collaboration within the enterprise. He emphasized that the digital construction system should focus on the MCC's goal of "One Establishment, the Best and the Most Trusted, and Five Strengths" and actively work to promote digital construction in accordance with the specific requirements of the MCC's annual work conference.

 Zhang Yong, Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of the Information Center of MCC, made a report on digital construction, comprehensively reported on the informationization and digitalization system construction of MCC, the progress of digital work at the headquarters and subsidiaries, and the existing deficiencies, and arranged the key work and plans for the next step.

Shanghai Baoye, ACRE, and CISDI, as representatives of the subsidiaries, made exchange speeches on informationization and digitalization construction.
