Bai Xiaohu emphasized that the preparation of systems and measures is of great significance in strengthening the company's business management system construction and implementing the company's "Big Business" management philosophy. He said that we should combine the overall requirements of the three-year action for fundamental management improvement, comprehensively implement the "Big Business" management, address shortcomings and weaknesses, focus on strengthening the construction of the business management system, improve the three key elements of "systems, institutions, and personnel", coordinate business management from an overall enterprise perspective, promote the synergistic cooperation, and enhance the profitability of projects.
