On April 16, Zhu Guangxia and Zhang Hanhui held talks at the Chinese Embassy in Russia. Zhu Guangxia said that in recent years, MCC has successfully achieved business transformation, built a business structure of “One Core, Two Main Bodies, and Five Characteristics”, and unswervingly implemented overseas strategies to serve the overall situation of national development and promote the further transformation and upgrading of enterprises. Zhang Hanhui welcomed Zhu Guangxia's visit and said that MCC has achieved fruitful results in diversified business development, and he hoped to give full play to the leading role of central enterprises in science and technology innovation and make more contributions to the implementation of the national "Belt and Road" initiative.

        On April 17, Zhu Guangxia visited President Zhou Liqun, conducted in-depth exchanges on business development, and investigated the Greenwood International Trade Center. During his stay in Russia, Zhu Guangxia also investigated MCC's branches in Russia and carried out other business activities.
